Regardless of the issue - we encourage you to immediately contact us via the Intercom Chat icon (bottom right of screen) and let us know about the problem you are facing.

We have a team of support engineers and staff who can jump on these issues and fix them quickly - so the sooner you let us know, the sooner we can be up and running.

Example of an issue:

You are not able to add in a Patient and their procedure is coming up.

No probs - if you have an issue with adding a patient- simply send us the issue you are experiencing, the name of the patient, their phone number, clinical Radiologists name & the referring GP if you have that info.

We will add them in for you and let you know when this has been complete.
